As the dedicated and experienced financial planner and founder of Prosperous Wealth Management, I bring years of industry experience along with unmatched passion for helping my clients through life’s milestones. My commitment to helping others pursue their financial goals is evident in my client-centered approach, which honors who my clients are at their core and not what’s on their balance sheet.
I grew up as a military child, living in various locations across the globe. I was born in Italy and learned to run in the hallways of the Pentagon, just to name a few of my adventures. This greatly influenced who I am today, and my passion for assisting military families anytime I can.
I later earned my Bachelor’s degree from Mississippi University for Women in Columbus, MS-there’s a story that I’d love to share. I also completed the Personal and Family Financial Planning program at the University of Florida, and Gainesville will always hold a special place in my family’s heart because our family was started there. I am a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, a designation that reflects my expertise and commitment to ethical financial practices.
My career journey began at Sherwin-Williams when I graduated college. While there I successfully grew sales and profit for one retail store and three sales territories, while earning multiple awards along the way. Inspired by my passion for helping friends who asked for financial advice, I decided to take a leap of faith and transitioned into the financial advising world. After years of honing my skills, I launched Prosperous Wealth Management. This enabled me to offer more tools designed to help my clients reach their most important financial goals.
My approach to financial planning is simple, and is encapsulated in my motto: “Financial planning, one bite at a time.” We start our process with a gradual method where we address what is most important to our clients and move forward from there, never taking our eyes off the prize.
I reside in Pensacola, Florida with my wife of 14 years, Jalaine, and our four children (ages 6-10) and our two dogs. When asked about how chaotic it must be to have so many young children, my response is often, "It's not very quiet at our house, except when they're sleeping, but we wouldn't trade it for anything." Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, scuba diving, woodworking, and singing.
